Cookie policy

This is an English courtesy translation. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser. Here is exactly which ones we use and what they do — no fluff.
1. Necessary cookies (always on)
The site does not work without these, so they don't require consent and can't be turned off.
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| User session | Keep you signed in | 30 days |
| Active company | Remember which store you're working in | Session |
| Cookie preference | Remember the choice you made in this banner | 1 year |
| Security | Prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF) | Session |
We also keep some preferences (light/dark theme, form drafts, and work queued while offline) in your browser's or the app's local storage. That doesn't reach our servers until your work syncs.
2. Analytics cookies (only if you accept)
They help us understand which pages get visited and how to improve the site. They are not loaded until you accept: if you choose “Necessary only”, these scripts never run.
| Service | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Visit statistics and most-viewed pages (IP anonymized) | Up to 2 years |
| Meta Pixel | Measure the results of our ads | Up to 90 days |
3. Change your choice
You can change your mind at any time. If you withdraw consent, analytics scripts stop loading.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking the necessary ones means you won't be able to sign in.
4. The mobile app
The app uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. It only stores your session and the data it needs to work offline.
